today i reflect on turning 43 and taking anther trip around the sun. super appreciative of the journey and all the experiences in my life. love you all.

lil bro makes another appearance in an emergency relief situation as we talk about little lo and life as a dad at 7 months. also, is gator seafood???

I get a chance to catch up with coach holm who took over the Augustana program when we were seniors and he continued to elevate the program.
